Project Description:
The extent of the works included the following:

• Construction of a 700m3 Water Storage Reservoir and asociated groundworks including the construction of a 200m access road and erection of palisade fencing around the boundary.
• The laying of approximately 22km of PE watermains ranging in diameter from 63mm to 250mm. This included installing approximately 4km of watermains on the R360 road using trenchless techniques, pipe bursting and directional drilling.
• Installation of approximately 550nr consumer water connections.
• Installation of a booster pumping station and plant.
• Valve replacements, bulk meter installations and other ancillary works.
